Today in class we continued to work on our final narratives, whether it was working on your screenplay or planning for filming. Mr. Rivers walked around to some students and checked up on their work to see how everything was coming along. He asked how much we each got done in relation to the deadlines we all made for ourselves to check if we made deadlines we can actually finish and then offered suggestions and advice on your narrative that could make it better.
An extension that extends what we learned in class to the world at large would be that peer reviewing can make your projects better than you thought they could be. When Mr. Rivers walked around the room and talked with people about their narratives and made suggestions it will end up improving the quality of their work. This same concept applies when doing any project. If you work with peers on any project you work on chances are that the project will turn out to be in better quality.
