Kitchen Nightmares Amy's Baking Company

In this episode of Kitchen Nightmares Ramsay visits Amy's Baking Company. The restaurant came under fire when a customer left a negative review of the establishment online. Since then Amy and her husband Sammy have become known for yelling at customers, calling the police on customers, throwing them out for critiquing food and purposely burning or over seasoning their meals to bother them. Upon Ramsay's arrival, he finds there are no health hazards in the kitchen (which is rare for Kitchen Nightmares). The kitchen floor is clean, all produce is dated and labeled and the food looks appetizing. He finds the actual problem with the restaurant is the owners. Amy is overly sensitive and will shut down the restaurant if a customer says something bad about her food. Sammy runs the front of the house and will yell, curse, and harass customers if they dislike his wife's food. They have a turn over of over 100 employees. Past employees complain of being verbally abused by the pair, and having their tips taken away.
In typical Kitchen Nightmares-style, Gordon eats lunch at the restaurant and watches one night of dinner service. After he helps the restaurant by adjusting the menu, renovating the building, and addressing any other problems they may need help with. Once he's made his changes he assists the employees in a successful relaunch night for dinner service. However, Amy's Baking Company only gets to experience Gordon watching their dinner service, in a twist of events Gordon ends up abandoning the establishment before helping them. Due to the extreme disrespect and delusional attitude of the owners.
 For example, during dinner service, Ramsay goes to tell a customer that his tip will be taken by the owner rather than given to the waitress. Sammy reacts by yelling at Gordon. Gordon responds by telling Sammy not to f*** with him. Sammy says "don't speak to be like a villain, I'm the gangster not you". Gordon continues to yell at Sammy for not notifying customers that wait staff does not receive tips. Sammy responds with "you want to speak to me? Well, I will f*** you. I will f*** with you".
Amy then shuts down the restaurant, fires a teenage girl for asking for clarity on a table order and yells at her for crying. As the teenage girl leaves Amy says "She doesn't work here anymore, she's a poisonous little viper and I don't allow people that have an attitude to work here. What does she know? Who the hell is she? She is gone".
The next day Gordon meets with Sammy and Amy to try and repair the situation. As expected, Sammy yells at Gordon and Amy tries to leave the restaurant because of Gordon's negative criticism. The episode ends with Ramsay leaving the restaurant, reflecting on what he could have done to help. About a year later the Kitchen Nightmares crew revisited Amy's Baking Company to check in on them. They told the crew Gordon Ramsay owed them money because of the success of their episode. Through out that year they also began cyber bullying customers on Facebook.
