Game of Thrones is one of the most confusing, perplexing and complicated shows thats out there. But it is also one of the most intense, extreme and ultimately the greatest show on the face of the planet. The time and effort that go into this show is tremendous because there are so many story lines that are combined in this series but they are all connected in someway. That is what makes it so entertaining for me. At some points I'm so angry at this show and at some characters in the show but other times I am the most relieved and happy person ever. You will be confused for probably the first season and maybe some of the second one but that is just because of all the characters and story lines and especially the names of all the characters thats what tripped me up the most. The setting of each episode changes multiple times because of all the scenarios in the series. But that is why it is so compelling to watch.
George R. R. Martin has a way of writing that makes watchers feel so connected to the characters and the moment that they at their peak of goodness they die, and usually in brutal and violent ways. That component of the show is a love hate relationship with me because you hate that your favorite character got their head chopped off but at the same time if they didn't get their head chopped off than the other story lines would not have developed at all. Because of all of these components I give this show a good good rating.
Below I linked a video of George R. R. Martin explaining why he loves for his fans to be afraid.
