Best of…The Grinch, Aquaman, Vice, Bandersnatch

During class today we started to talk about things to come in the following weeks.

Things like our senior paper, which for Monday we should have a Film or films

and lenses that we might want to use for the paper ready. Then we started talking

about the best Films of 2018 and ¨

What was the best thing you watched over break?¨. Some people said Vice or

Bandersnatch, while Anya said Aquaman. Mind you she watched it three times

over break! Then we had to rate our top five movies or tv series on the classroom.

.¨ I couldn't think of a fifth show or movie so I only put four.

The Best Movies of 2018 according to The New York Times were Roma,

Buring, Shoplifters, Zama, Happy as Lazzaro, Black Klansman, First reformed,

ect.. Half of these movies I´ve never seen or heard before, I just don't think 2018

had the best movies. Though the best movies of all time according to USA Today

would have to be The Godfather, The Godfather part ll, The shawshank redemption,

Pulp Fiction, Schindler's list, The Dark knight, 12 Angry men, Goodfellas, One flew

over the Chuckoo´s nest, and Sunset Blvd. All of these movies took place before the

2000´s except for the Dark Knight, which makes you think that in the 21st century only

one movie made the USA Today's top ten best movies of all time. Have we stopped

making the best movies of all time in the 21 century and only started to make  the movies

that make the most money?
