Be Reel Blog: The Force of The Last Jedi

Star Wars The last Jedi is the highly anticipated 8th movie in the Star Wars Franchise and is the continuation of events that happened in the previous movie Star Wars The Force Awakens directed by JJ Abrams. With Rian Johnson as the new director of The Last Jedi, I can safely state that he definitely did a good Job with this movie in multiple aspects. The most prominent aspect for me is the Music, composed by the Legendary John Williams the music fits very well with both the tension and what is happening on the screen many times in the movie I would hear a classic tune from the original Star Wars movies redone and sounding better than ever. Speaking of tension the movie does a very good job of creating tension with phenomenal lighting on the screen that reflects the tone and tension of the scene perfectly. Within said screen, you will find amazing costumes design that looks just enough like something you might find at the local thrift store as well as something hotshot ace Pilot Poe Dameron (Oscar Issac) might wear. Acting Wise, The Last Jedi had outstanding performances from all cast members the most memorable being from the late Carrie Fisher (Princess Leia), Mark Hamil (Luke Skywalker who actually does stuff this time), Adam Driver (Ben Solo/Kylo Ren), and Daisy Ridley (Rey).
Personally, I Loved this movie as an avid Star Wars fan I got the movie I wanted it had twists and turns that I and neither my friends could predict. As well as keeping the movie tense there was still room for some well-placed comedy from almost all the cast members. The Movie was a massive improvement over The Force Awakens and in my point is one of the top 5 Star Wars movies and in all, I fully recommend seeing this movie.
Rating: Good, Good

Some of the Music I was talking about listening to both song from the Original Star Wars and songs introduced in The Force Awakens
