PodBlog The Conjuring

This group has improved their flow majorly. They mention the outline of the podcast, saying how they will talk about the themes, symbols, and some specific events later in the podcast. I appreciated how they gave us their own opinions of the movie very early on in the recording. This sort of led us into a very consistent tone. Although they maintain a consistent tone, they still mention some lows of the movie, which for me me meant that the podcast was more genuine and dynamic. Jack gives his opinions towards realism and how, although it didn't ruin the movie, it was something he wasn't fond of. I would've liked to see Vaughn or Logan add on to this or respond to this. Vaughn, to keep the conversation going, asks the other members of the group what they though about the characters. I enjoyed this transition because its hows that by asking a simple question, it opens up many door. Another minor thing I would've liked was for them to talk about the plot a little more. But besides that, they mention many other important points. But the thing I liked the most was how they stayed true to their purpose: parodies. They could've just forgotten about that and talked about how scary this movie is but they still managed to explain how "The Conjuring" has, in some ways, some parodies. Good job.
