The Boo Hoo Podcast had a unique introduction, which they must have put effort into coming up with it. They did a good job by using the movie theater scene as an exact example to justify their points, and the first scene. Overall their examples really supported their points/ideas, which is hard to do when you’re talking and making the first podcast. I liked the point they made about not being able feel connected to the characters in the movie, and compared them to other characters from other films. In fact the character evaluation was probably the highlight of the podcast, they really went in depth. They could have used some more examples however of the special effects being poor. Their discussion of the plot was almost as good as the character discussion, but I think they could have talked about the other movies in the series to show an example of the plot being executed well. Overall it was a really good first podcast that used excellent examples and the next will most likely be even better.
