In class we watched La La Land ¨a lovely night¨

In the scene Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling were walking back to Emma's car.
They were saying ¨what a lovely night that was wasted on you¨ or something
along those lines. This romantic scene was not so romantic for the couple. At the
end of the scene when they look like they are about to kiss but the phone rings and
interrupts this moment.

The women looks interested in Michael until he makes the sale and then she leaves. Everyone in the office thinks the women isn't interested in him. Michael actually ends up kissing her and no one in the office believes him. Everyone's perspective on the situation is different from what happens. In both these clips the audience has to continue to watch to see the twist at the end being in La La Land they almost kiss and in The office they do. Both of these examples share a different side to romance, which is not typically shown in TV or in a movie.
