The podcast is an episodic series of audio or video files that can be downloaded or be watched in online sources. The word "podcast" was originally made by Ben Hammersley referring to its origin on the iPod. The listener or viewer uses special software that in the computer known as a podcatcher.
To do a Podcast you need to have a group of 1 to 5 people and record to about 15 to 45 minutes about a film or any subject that you're planning on talking about. Each group has to pick a theme and have four films that are related to that theme. You will also need to bring a phone and charged a chrome book for our podcasts.
In my group, we talked about "Dr. Strange Love or How I Learned to Love The bomb" and we had mixed feelings about. One person hated it, one was mixed and two of us liked it including me. We have gone into its themes of the fear of the cold war and also how the film makes fun of some of the things that are going on in this time including the fear and the hate the U.S had to the soviet union. We also talked about if the age aged well or not like some of the jokes are outdated and some of the effects looks pretty good. And finally, we came to the subject of why is this film is called "Dr. Strange Love" with us being still confused about the choice of the title.
Overall everyone's podcast did well there's definitely some improvement to be done and to plan ahead what to talk about for the podcast. Be sure record next Friday and viewed your previous podcast.
