Lord tachanka
Black Panther, was released to cinemas on February 16th 2018 is a fantasy/Science fiction film. Chadwick Boseman played as the main protagonist black panther and was directed by Ryan Coogler who also directed Creed and Fruitvale Station There is Martin Freeman who was in sherlock, Netflix series that deserves a watch and Forest Whitaker who played a wise man in the film. This movie is part of the marvel universe and we will see the main character, Black Panther, in the bigger movie coming out on may 4 in the movie Avengers: Infinity War. The movie goes around one main conflict between King T’Challa and the claw then later on T’Challa and Killmonger. The movie started out with a description on wakanda. With its back story on its beginning, and foreshadowing on conflict in Wakanda. Then it opened up in the past, 1982, with the main tension of uncle S'yan, black panthers uncle stealing vibranium. He was caught and was told to come back to wakanda. Further on, king T'Challa was fighting other tribes to keep the king title. The side villain, Claw, was the next bit of the movie. With a heist, where we meet another main character Everett K. Ross, starred as Martin Freeman. The Claw way killed in the beginning by Killmonger and dragged to wokanda which introduces Killmonger to T´Challa. Killmonger is the true heir to the throne and wanted to fight T’Challa to become king. They Fight and T’Challa Loses . The Main conflict after is Killmonger using the Wokonda military to save all the depressed. What I think of the movie content wise is that it was very predictable. From the opening scene talking about wakonda and its purity from the rest of the world. We knew that Wokonda would be in the center on conflict. With the scene about the king trying to keep his throne and battle others, It foreshadows that there would be another fight, a fight that the king would lose. With the new king in power, the next foreshadow is abuse of power and the kingdom falling apart. The movie was just like any other superhero movie. But it doesn't mean that the movie should be portrayed as a unoriginal movie, it still was, twists in the movie where more expected than unexpected. One theme that came up several times in the movie was the idea of challenge of power. With the tribes meeting up and deciding the next king Wakanda. The way the people express this ideology is through challenging the current king in a fight to the death match. If change is to occur, one must challenge and come out as a champion. Overall, the movie was well made and people should spend time to watch it. The art and visual effects in the movie was fantastic. It was a movie what was overall beautiful all throughout the movie. So at the end, this movie deserves a good/good in enjoyment and quality of the movie.
