Psych the tv show
The tv show Psych on USA was a truly burlintent and interesting crime drama. It starts with the main character shawn spencer and his unique gift to solve crimes at ease due to the fact that his father had trained as a child to become a police officer. This training is what shawn uses to help his local police department in Santa Barbara. However he is so good at solving crimes he is asked how he solves these crimes so easily after be suspected of committing the crimes himself. So Shawn makes up a lie that he is a psychic detective and the hole show is based off of that. However this show though filmed quite simple with no major special effects or interesting angles yet it is well written with deep and thoughtfully made characters. The time of this TV show was put into acting and character development. Another aspect of this show has to be the use of dry comedy which is a type of comedy that is used to make fun of someone or something yet is used casually almost without though. A great example of this in Psych has to be when Shawn refers to another main character as lassie which is making fun of him but it also becomes a fun nickname over time in the show. This show though basic in filming yet outstanding on writing shows what the point of emphasis is in the show
Personal I though the show was outstanding I laugh all the way through it and maybe a little bit after I associated with the characters more than I do in normal show and I found that to be a pleasant surprise. To be honest just watch it in order and you will be hooked by episode five the simple humor in this show will keep you delighted for days. Another thing i wish to say on the behalf of Psych is the fact that there making a movie real soon wich is really exciting. Overall I know his show is a good good and really hope the movie is two.
