Entourage
The Entourage show is about 4 best friends that migrate from Queens, New York and move out to California. They moved because Vincent Chase, the big time actor started becoming really famous for his movies. Vincent brought his whole Entourage to California and goes through his crazy journey of stardom. Vincent's entourage is his half brother Johnny Chase, manager and best friend Eric Murphy ,and Salvatore "Turtle" Assante. The show starts with how Vince started in Hollywood with the lead role in a Mentos commercial turning him into a star in some big movies during the show. Throughout the 8 seasons of the show the entourage goes through countless fights,parties, and bigger houses. Once the show was over the 4 decided to not be an entourage anymore and live their on lives with their new wives. 4 years after the show ended the group came back together in the Entourage movie. The movie showed how all of their lives have been and what they are doing now. After hearing about Vince being in a new movie the entourage immediately came back together to create a wild, star studded film.
The show itself was great in the beginning including all of the character's drama and not just Vincent Chase's problems. The show did have some stretches with not a whole lot going on. Towards the end of the show is when things really got good with even more drama and questions that needed to be answered. The show ended with many questions hence the making of the movie. The movie although came out 4 years after the show ended which could have caused a decrease in fans. The movie did answer all the questions and had so many stars to make this film a blockbuster film.
I loved this show. The including of many stars in the sports and acting world made it even better. watching an episode and seeing Derek Jeter come out of nowhere made me want to watch it more. It also made me think which star will be in this episode or what will Turtle do now to get the entourage in trouble. I simple loved it.
