Press Release: Lamb Chops

Lamb Chops immerses viewers into Mr. Rivers’s second period Film as Literature class. It follows Fortnite legend, Dalton Schroepfer, and his classmate, Nate Belsky, as they find themselves in a seemingly never ending food fight over Dalton’s tragic loss to groovydude452. It all starts in the classroom during as Mr. Rivers’s second period Film as Literature class continues writing their senior papers and ends in the lecture hall during a dreaded Saturday detention session involving the two main characters. With the stress level in the classroom having reached an all time high, the students can no longer cope with their work and can’t stand to hear one another. Rather than deal with their feelings, they decide to launch a full blown food fight-- twice.

With a star studded cast starring Jeremy White as Nate Belsky, Bradley Cooper as Dalton Schroepfer, and John C. Reilly as Mr. Rivers, and supporting actors including Bob Saget as Mr. Fitzgerald, Steve Buscemi as Anthony Broccoletti, and Paul Rudd as Steven Sullivan, the film is bound to keep you laughing from start to finish. If you’re a fan of comedy films, such as Dodgeball and Wedding Crashers, Lamb Chops is a must see. The ridiculous storyline paired with the seemingly never-ending feud makes for an unforgettable, one of a kind film. As a film you can take the whole family to, Lamb Chops offers a lesson to be learned about how to deal with immense amounts of stress-- for children, teens, and adults.

The film develops as Dalton’s love for video games influences his every decision throughout his food fight against Nate and continues as their conflict moves outside of the classroom and into the cafeteria after class. As their conflict develops, one by one each of the classmates-- and even some of the staff members-- find themselves becoming involved and in the middle of the nasty food fight. It seems as though the peace in room 419 may never be restored.
