Be Real: Rip Tide

Rip Tide: 

This afternoon I decided to watch Rip Tide.  I was looking for a movie to watch when this one caught my eye.  I have always wanted to learn how to surf but that will probably never happen, so I watch the surfing movies instead.  Rip Tide is about a girl Cora that is in the modeling industry with her mom, but ends up trying to help this one designer and it sure didn't end well.  Cora ended up tripping on the last step and was already crying, needless to say there was a video of it, it was posted, and it went viral!  With the incident that  happened Cora decides that she is going to go visit her Aunt in Australia.  Cora hasn't visited her Aunt since she was little and when she got to her Aunt's she was in for a rude awakening.  Margot (Aunt) does not have wifi in her house, so Cora was not very happy and contemplated on staying after a few things happen.  Cora ends up meeting two people that are always at Margot's house Tom and Chicka, and Cora ends up becoming very close with them.  Chicka ends up teaching Cora how to surf.  As the movie goes on Cora ends up really loving where she is.  Toward the end Cora's mom calls and says that she got Cora a big modeling agency lined up that wants to use her, but that meant that Cora had to leave that night.  I don't want to spoil the ending so I will leave it at that.  Overall I really enjoyed this movie and it even brought in some good life lessons for example not giving up on a dream you have.  The movie was so well put together with everything it did.  The lighting really made you focus on the main character for that scene or they zoomed in really close on a character or two.  I would definitely recommend this movie to anyone that likes romance, drama, the beach, and maybe even surfing.
