Team America World Police is a satirical action comedy made by Trey Parker and Matt Stone(The creators of South Park). The schtick with this film is instead of using people for the characters it uses puppets. The film opens with a close up shot of some crude marionettes the camera zooms out revealing the city of Paris inhabited by little french puppet people. Everything is all happy until a pack of stereotypical terrorists start ravaging Paris. As soon as the terrorist start shooting Team America comes to stop the terrorists. A large scale fight ensues and the day is saved by Team America.
Team America really sticks to what Parker and Stone do best and that is making a joke out of everything. No ulterior motive, no political leaning it's all just a joke. This film takes jabs at everyone and everything. From Americas blow shit up method of foreign policy to making fun of actors trying to get political. Some of there Jokes just don't even make much scene but are still hilarious, for instance, There is a puppet version of actor Matt Damon in the film and all that this version of Matt Damon can say is his name in a very dim witted tone, The joke doesn't make much sense but is still hilarious. Team America is a well crafted comedy that doesn't hold back, It knows no boundaries. Team America World Police is a GOOD GOOD film
